Why – because some of us do not keep track of our receipts !! Which means some of us are not aware of our money, where it’s going, where it’s been, and that means we are not prepared when we get those letters from you know who and if things are that bad I mean the CRA !!
This is not an excel speadsheet group, teaching you quickbooks group or financial advice group .
What – Its a get your receipts out of your car, handbags, shoe box, envelopes, the messy drawer in the kitchen and any where else you may have left them and get them organized, cross check them with your bank statements and upload (if you don’t just send them to your accountant ) to quickbooks or whatever software you use.
How – bring your receipts to the office and you can start getting them in order of month/quarter , categorize them and then get fancy and cross check with your bank accounts..
